Paul Wesley (aka Pawel Tomasz Wesley) is an award-winning actor producer and film director, is best known for his role in the TV drama The Vampire Diaries. He has been recognized with numerous nominations as well as awards for his performance in this TV show, including Teen Choice Awards. Wesley was raised on the streets of New Brunswick New Jersey, United States. During his high school days, he displayed an interest for acting. Rutgers University was his next step. But after recognizing his talent as an actor and knowing that he could make a career out of his acting talents, He left. In the beginning, he was a part of The American TV show Another World. For the span of two years, he portrayed the lead role on Wolf Lake on CBS. When he was cast in the character Stefan Salvatore for the American hit TV series The Vampire Diaries, his career changed. The show has allowed him to direct a few episodes. After his first appearance in the film The Last Run he has appeared in several popular movies. In recent times, he was as a character in Mothers and Daughters and The Late Bloomer with supporting roles. He's also quite well-known on social media and has more than 13 million followers on Instagram and 4.1 million followers on Twitter.
